• Sandra Kim - J'aime la vie

Whit just 13 years old, Sandra Kim is the youngest winner of the Eurovision Song Contest, and maybe that will continue like that because the EBU changed the rules on 1990 putting 16 years old as the minimum to participate on the festival.

This year, belgique won on Norway, where was the first time the ESC took place, with a total of 176 points, in a french year where even the second place and the third one were sang on this language: 140 points for "Pas pour moi" and 117 points for "L'amour de ma vie".

This year the free language rule was cancelled, so every country participating on the festival may send a song sang in the official language of the country.
